Springfield Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Springfield sits right on the edge of Eugene, which means your group is a short hop from Autzen Stadium, the Oregon Country Fair, Willamette Valley wine country, and a packed local bar scene — and Portlandpartybuscompany.com makes it fast and free to compare party buses, minibuses, and charter buses ready to move your group. Call 971-360-9450 or use the online quote tool to get pricing in about a minute.
The Smart Way to Find a Party Bus in Springfield
Portlandpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, not a fleet. What that actually means for you: instead of calling a dozen Springfield and Eugene-area transportation companies one at a time, describing your headcount and itinerary over and over, and waiting on callbacks, you fill out one quick form and compare vehicles and rates from a large network of bus companies serving Lane County and beyond. No account required.
Free quote. Pricing in under 30 seconds.
Not being tied to a single fleet is genuinely great news. A minibus that fits 20 guests is right there next to a 50-passenger party bus and a full-size charter bus — all on one screen, all for your date, all with pictures. Whether you need one vehicle for a birthday night in Eugene or a multi-bus shuttle circuit for a Springfield corporate event, Portlandpartybuscompany.com connects you to what fits.
Call 971-360-9450 any time, any day — or use the online form and get pricing fast.

Get the Springfield Bus Amenities You Want
The right vehicle depends on what your group actually needs on the road. A 15–50 passenger party bus typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length bar setup. Sprinter limos and Sprinter vans are a strong fit for smaller groups — premium leather seating, USB charging at every seat, tinted privacy windows, and individual reading lights make them popular for executive transfers and wedding party pickups alike.
Full-size charter buses bring onboard restrooms, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, WiFi, and reclining seats — everything a group heading to an Autzen Stadium game from Springfield needs for a comfortable, no-stops ride. Amenities vary by vehicle, which is exactly why comparing options side by side before booking makes sense. Call 971-360-9450 to talk through what's available on your date.

The Right Bus for Your Springfield Group Is Here
The answer is simple, and it really is good news: Portlandpartybuscompany.com doesn't own any buses. That means you're never stuck choosing from one company's limited fleet. Instead, the site pulls options from a large network of providers serving Springfield, Eugene, and the broader Lane County area — so you can compare vehicle types, passenger capacities, and price ranges all on one screen, at any hour, without making a single phone call until you're ready.
Oregon Country Fair weekend in July, Autzen Stadium game days, and the Willamette Valley Wineries harvest season in the fall are all periods when transportation demand in Lane County spikes sharply. Waiting until the week before a busy date to start comparing options usually means higher rates or no availability at all. Portlandpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to lock in pricing early — the form takes under a minute, there's no account to create, and support is available every day of the year at 971-360-9450 to walk you through options and build a custom quote around your exact headcount, date, and itinerary. That's the whole deal.
Group Transportation Options in Springfield
Whatever brings your group together in Springfield, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it. Portlandpartybuscompany.com helps you find transportation for airport runs, weddings, bachelorette parties, concerts, corporate events, Ducks games, school trips, and everything in between. Call 971-360-9450 to get started.

Springfield Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Eugene Airport (EUG) (28855 Lockheed Dr, Eugene, OR 97402) is the region's commercial airport, roughly 10 miles northwest of downtown Springfield via I-105 West and OR-569. It handles Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, and United service — and on busy travel days, curbside at EUG moves fast. Groups flying in for a Springfield corporate event or a University of Oregon weekend should have a coordinator confirm the full group has bags in hand before the bus moves to the commercial pickup lane at the terminal's ground transportation curb.
A charter bus or minibus transfer beats the coordination math fast: a group of 30 flying in for a conference would otherwise need five or six rideshares to cover the 10-mile run to Springfield, plus the chaos of splitting luggage across vehicles. One vehicle handles everyone at once. Check the Eugene Airport ground transportation page for current pickup procedures, and call 971-360-9450 to lock in your airport shuttle on your date.

Springfield Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Springfield–Eugene area has a full night-out circuit your group can hit in one run: start with dinner at Falling Sky Brewing (1334 Oak Alley, Eugene, OR 97401) in the Whiteaker neighborhood, work through the cocktail bars along West Broadway, and cap the night at Cowfish or The Tap and Growler before heading back to Springfield. The Whiteaker neighborhood in particular — known locally as "the Whit" — packs a lot of bars, breweries, and live music venues into a walkable stretch, but getting a group of 15 people there from Springfield and back without anyone sorting out a rideshare at 1am is its own project.
A Springfield bachelorette party bus keeps the whole group together from first pickup to last drop-off — party buses with Bluetooth sound and LED lighting run $250–$375 per hour on weekends and make the ride itself part of the celebration. No one has to be the navigator. Call 971-360-9450 to check availability on your date.

Springfield Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus entrance is one of the most memorable ways to arrive at a birthday venue — and for Sweet 16s and quinceañeras in the Springfield area, it sets the tone before the party even starts. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers are available through the network, and some providers offer black, white, or silver exterior options that can coordinate with your event colors.
Popular Springfield and Eugene birthday venues include Venue 252 (252 Lawrence St, Eugene, OR 97401), The Campbell Club, and WOW Hall (291 W 8th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401) for milestone shows and private rentals. For adult milestone birthdays hitting the Eugene bar circuit, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus keeps the whole group together through every stop without anyone watching the clock on parking meters. Weekend rates for a 20-passenger party bus run $275–$350 per hour.
Call 971-360-9450 to check availability.

Springfield Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The closest major concert venue to Springfield is Hayward Field and the Cascades Amphitheater, but most touring acts hit the Springfield-Eugene metro at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts (One Eugene Center, Eugene, OR 97401) or Matthew Knight Arena (1390 Villard St, Eugene, OR 97401) on the University of Oregon campus. Matthew Knight Arena seats over 12,000, and on arena show nights, the parking lots along Franklin Boulevard fill quickly — and rideshare demand surges after the final bow.
A Springfield concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and picks everyone up at an agreed meeting point after the show, so nobody's standing on the curb refreshing a rideshare app at 11pm. Party buses with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound are a popular fit for groups heading out to a show — the energy starts well before the opening act. Call 971-360-9450 to compare vehicles for your concert date.

Springfield Corporate Event Transportation
Springfield's McKenzie River corridor and the Highway 126 business district put a lot of office parks and light industrial campuses at a distance from Eugene's downtown hotels and conference spaces. When your team is coming in from out of town for a training, a sales meeting, or an event at the Oregon Convention Center up in Portland, coordinating individual rental cars or rideshares across a group of 20 or 30 people is a logistics problem that compounds fast.
A minibus or charter bus handles the entire group in one shot — no one arrives late, no one gets lost on I-5, and there's overhead storage for laptops and presentation gear. For Springfield companies shuttling employees between a facility and a downtown Eugene event venue, the 15–35 passenger minibus is usually the right size, running $200–$250 per hour on weekdays. Call 971-360-9450 to discuss a corporate shuttle contract or get a same-day quote for your event.

Springfield Private Event Transportation Services
The Oregon Country Fair — held every July at Veneta Fairgrounds (24187 Territorial Hwy, Veneta, OR 97487), about 20 miles west of Springfield on OR-126 — draws 45,000+ attendees over three days, and the highway into Veneta becomes a genuine bottleneck. Parking on the fairgrounds fills hours before gates open, and the walk from remote lots to the entrance can run 20 minutes or more. A charter bus or minibus drops your group at the fair shuttle connection and handles the return trip at a set time, so nobody's standing on Territorial Highway trying to hail a rideshare at 9pm.
For family reunions hitting multiple Eugene–Springfield venues in one day, or a large group heading out to the Lane Events Center (796 W 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402) for a home show or fair event, a private charter bus keeps everyone on the same schedule. Oregon Country Fair weekends book out early — call 971-360-9450 as soon as your date is set.

Springfield Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Lane County runs late April through May, and Springfield-area high schools — including Springfield High School, Thurston High School, and Gateway High School — all schedule their proms within a tight window each spring. That concentration of demand means vehicles go fast. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates by March.
The math is real: a group that locks in a party bus in January for a 6-hour prom night will almost always land a better rate than a group calling in April. Portlandpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare vehicles and get pricing fast — no account, no obligation, free quote. For homecoming and prom bus rentals in Springfield, call 971-360-9450 as early as your date is confirmed.

Springfield School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Lane County schools have no shortage of field trip destinations within a short drive of Springfield. Mount Pisgah Arboretum (34901 Frank Parrish Rd, Eugene, OR 97405) sits along the Coast Fork of the Willamette River and hosts student programs year-round. The Science Factory Children's Museum (2300 Leo Harris Pkwy, Eugene, OR 97401) is a popular destination for elementary groups.
And longer trips out to Oregon Caves National Monument or Crater Lake are a full-day charter bus run that keeps students together without carpooling coordination across a dozen parent vehicles.
School charter buses available through the network include vehicles with overhead bins for backpacks and lunch bags, climate control for rainy Oregon mornings, and onboard restrooms on select models for longer drives. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — mention it when requesting your quote. Call 971-360-9450 to get pricing for your school group's date.

Springfield Sporting Event Transportation
The biggest game-day transportation challenge in Lane County is Autzen Stadium (2700 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401), home of the Oregon Ducks. Autzen holds 54,000 fans, and on a rivalry game weekend — particularly Oregon vs. Oregon State — the Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard approach becomes heavily congested hours before kickoff. Parking lots around the stadium sell out in advance, and the LTD bus service runs extra shuttles from the Eugene downtown station, but private group transportation is a cleaner solution for a Springfield group.
A charter bus or party bus picks up in Springfield, drops your group at the Autzen Stadium main entrance off Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, and times the return pickup to your group's schedule — no hiking back to Lot 5 after a four-hour game. Read more about bus rentals to Autzen Stadium for full drop-off logistics. For a Springfield sporting event charter bus, call 971-360-9450.

Springfield Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Springfield and Eugene sit inside some of Oregon's most popular wedding venue territory. Silvan Ridge Winery (27012 Briggs Hill Rd, Eugene, OR 97405) hosts ceremonies and receptions in the hills southwest of Eugene. The Shelton McMurphey Johnson House (303 Willamette St, Eugene, OR 97401) is a landmark Victorian wedding venue in downtown Eugene.
And Hendricks Park and its surrounding rental facilities handle garden-style ceremonies just above the University of Oregon campus.
The challenge for Springfield wedding guests is that most venues are spread across Eugene neighborhoods, and asking guests to navigate unfamiliar one-way streets or find parking at a hillside winery is a real ask. A Springfield wedding shuttle bus runs loops between the hotel block and the venue, so guests arrive together and nobody misses the first dance because they couldn't find parking on Willamette Street. A 15–35 passenger minibus is typically the right fit for shuttle circuits, running $200–$275 per hour on weekends.
Call 971-360-9450 to plan your wedding day transportation.

Springfield Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The southern Willamette Valley wine trail runs right through Lane County, and a Saturday afternoon tasting circuit from Springfield can cover four or five stops without anyone watching their glass count. Silvan Ridge Winery (27012 Briggs Hill Rd, Eugene, OR 97405) offers a good-sized food menu alongside its estate pours. Territorial Vineyards & Winery (907 W 3rd Ave, Eugene, OR 97402) is a downtown Eugene tasting room that works well as a first or last stop.
King Estate Winery (80854 Territorial Hwy, Eugene, OR 97405) — one of the largest organic wineries in the country — sits about 15 miles southwest of Springfield on a narrow two-lane highway that gets significantly less fun when it's wet and dark.
A Springfield winery tour bus handles the Territorial Highway stretch and drops your group at each estate entrance while the bus stages nearby. Weekend minibus rates start around $200–$275 per hour. Call 971-360-9450 to build your tasting itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions About Springfield Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Portlandpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Portlandpartybuscompany.com?
Portlandpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It's not a bus company and it doesn't provide transportation directly. You fill out one quick form or call 971-360-9450, and the site shows you vehicle options and pricing from a large network of transportation providers serving Springfield, Eugene, and Lane County — so you can compare buses and prices in one place instead of calling companies one at a time.
How does Portlandpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online quote form. In under 30 seconds, you'll see vehicle options, pictures, and pricing available for your date in the Springfield area. No account required, no obligation.
If you'd rather talk through your options, support is available every day of the year at 971-360-9450 to build a custom quote around your exact trip.
How much does a party bus cost in Springfield?
Springfield party bus rental prices vary by vehicle type, date, and the length of your trip. As a general planning range: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour, a 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375 per hour depending on the day, and a full-size charter bus generally runs $200–$350 per hour. These are ranges — your real rate depends on your specific itinerary and date.
Fill out the quick form or call 971-360-9450 for pricing on your trip in about a minute.
Do I need to book a bus differently for Oregon Country Fair weekend?
Yes — and the earlier the better. The Oregon Country Fair in Veneta (July) draws 45,000+ attendees over three days, and transportation demand across the Springfield–Eugene area spikes significantly that weekend. Vehicles at the right size and price go fast.
If your group is heading to the fair or planning any trip that weekend, locking in a bus two to three months out is a smart move. Call 971-360-9450 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Can a charter bus drop off directly at Autzen Stadium?
Yes. Charter buses serving Autzen Stadium typically drop groups on or near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at the stadium's main entrance. On major game days — Oregon vs. Oregon State, College Football Playoff-qualifying matchups — the approach roads fill up early, so timing your arrival before the worst of the pre-game traffic is worth building into your schedule.
Check the Autzen Stadium bus rental guide for current drop-off logistics, and confirm with your transportation provider before game day.
What's the right bus size for a Springfield wedding shuttle?
For most Springfield and Eugene wedding guest shuttles — running loops between a hotel block and a reception venue — a 15–35 passenger minibus is the right fit. It's maneuverable enough for narrow Whiteaker neighborhood streets and hillside winery driveways, and the passenger capacity covers most guest circuits without running multiple vehicles. If your guest list is larger or you need to shuttle the full group at once, a 40–56 passenger charter bus is the next step up.
Call 971-360-9450 to talk through your venue and headcount.
Are there buses available for University of Oregon events in Eugene?
Yes — providers in the network serve the entire Eugene–Springfield metro, including Matthew Knight Arena, Autzen Stadium, and events at the Erb Memorial Union on the University of Oregon campus. For graduation weekends and major sports matchups, demand is high and availability tightens weeks out. Book as early as possible for UO events, particularly spring graduation (typically mid-June) and home football Saturdays from September through late November.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Springfield trips, booking three to six weeks out gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For high-demand dates — Oregon Country Fair weekend (July), Autzen Stadium home football Saturdays (September–November), UO graduation (mid-June), and spring prom season (April–May) — book two to three months out at minimum. The closer you get to a peak date without a reservation, the fewer options are available and the higher rates tend to go.
Call 971-360-9450 or fill out the quick form to lock in your date now.
Popular Springfield Party Bus Destinations
Springfield puts your group within easy reach of Autzen Stadium, the Oregon Country Fair, Willamette Valley wineries, and a full Eugene nightlife circuit. Below are six popular destinations where a bus makes a real difference — and the logistics details worth knowing before you go.

Autzen Stadium
Autzen Stadium (2700 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401) holds 54,000 fans and is one of the loudest venues in college football relative to its size. On Oregon Ducks home Saturdays, every surface lot within a half-mile fills before noon for a 7pm kickoff, and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard backs up from the stadium approach all the way to Coburg Road. The Lane Transit District runs game-day shuttles from the downtown Eugene station, but those buses run on LTD's schedule — not yours.
A Springfield charter bus drops your group directly at the Autzen main entrance, pregame energy builds on the ride over, and the return pickup happens at a time your group sets. Check the full Autzen Stadium bus rental guide and the official Ducks game day parking page before your visit.

Hult Center for the Performing Arts
The Hult Center for the Performing Arts (One Eugene Center, Eugene, OR 97401) anchors Eugene's downtown arts scene with two performance halls — the Silva Concert Hall (seats 2,447) and the Soreng Theater (seats 495). It hosts the Eugene Symphony, Oregon Bach Festival, Broadway touring productions, and nationally touring musicians year-round. Downtown Eugene parking is metered and competitive on show nights, with the Park Blocks Garage on Charnelton Street and the Parcade Garage on Willamette Street being the closest paid options.
A Springfield group heading to a Hult Center show is better served by a minibus that drops at the Hult's Willamette Street entrance and picks up at the same point post-show. No parking math, no meter anxiety.

King Estate Winery
King Estate Winery (80854 Territorial Hwy, Eugene, OR 97405) is one of the largest certified organic wineries in the United States, covering more than 1,000 acres in the hills southwest of Eugene — about 20 miles from downtown Springfield via OR-126 West and Territorial Highway. The tasting room and on-site restaurant are open daily, and the estate hosts private events and winery dinners through the year. Territorial Highway is a two-lane rural road with no shoulder and limited visibility in sections, which makes a designated minibus the smart call for an afternoon tasting group.
The bus stages in the estate parking area while your group tours, then handles the return trip on the same narrow road — at night, in the rain, without anyone worrying about it.

Lane Events Center
The Lane Events Center (796 W 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97402) is Lane County's primary event fairgrounds, hosting the Lane County Fair each August, home and garden shows, gun shows, craft fairs, and large private events throughout the year. The complex covers roughly 80 acres with multiple exhibit halls and an outdoor rodeo arena. On peak fair days in August, W 13th Avenue and the surrounding streets become congested, and the event parking lot fills well before afternoon gates open.
A charter bus can stage in the designated commercial vehicle area on the fairgrounds perimeter while your group is inside, and a set pickup time means no one's texting from the midway trying to coordinate a caravan back to Springfield.

Cascades Amphitheater at Hayward Field
Eugene's Cascades Amphitheater sits adjacent to the University of Oregon campus near the storied Hayward Field complex (1580 E 15th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403), which underwent a complete rebuild and now hosts USATF championships, the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, and select concert events. The venue's location inside the university's core campus means street parking in the surrounding residential neighborhoods is permit-restricted on event days, and the 15th Avenue approach is the primary pedestrian corridor. A Springfield group heading to a Hayward Field event benefits from a drop-off directly at the venue entrance on E 15th Ave rather than navigating UO campus parking restrictions.
Check the official Hayward Field site for event-specific access information before your visit.

Willamette Pass Ski Area
Willamette Pass Ski Area (71606 OR-58, Crescent Lake, OR 97733) sits 68 miles southeast of Springfield on OR-58 — about an hour and 20 minutes in dry conditions, longer when ODOT chain controls are in effect on the Willamette Pass Summit. The ski area tops out at 6,683 feet and offers around 30 runs, a terrain park, and Nordic trails. ODOT chain requirements on OR-58 can activate with little notice during storm cycles from December through March, and a passenger vehicle without the right tires is a real problem.
A charter bus or minibus handles the mountain drive — undercarriage luggage bays handle ski bags and boot bags without stacking them in the aisle — and a set return time means the group leaves together instead of in dribs and drabs as the lifts close. Check TripCheck for current chain control conditions on OR-58 before your trip.
